Host Payment system

This Host Payment system contains a notecard with a list of the hosts so that only the host listed on the card can be paid by this system. the first line of the note also sets the amount per hour the hosts are to be paid. it will also notify the owner when a host logs in and what the balance remaining in the system is so that you can ad money to the system as needed. if it dose not have any money in it the host will not get paid. all a host needs to do to log into the system is be with in shouting distance and shout /12login, this will pay them for 1 hour of hosting time so they will need to re-log every hour they are hosting to get paid and they can only log once an hour! This system can be seen in use near my main store in sunbeam and can be purchased in the general store that is located in the area.

This is another design that is popular in the southeastern part of the US. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house with vaulted ceilings in the main living area and the master suite. there is also a set of sliding glass doors in the Living room.

Regional Donation Box w/ gauge

This donation box is designed to have multiple copies out in a region. It is note card configurable. The box is designed to have all in a given area that are owned by the same person self update. The note card has three things that you can set the number of days for the auto reset (i.e. … for donations to help with tier fees), the amount of the goal, and the areas name. this system can be seen in use at my main store in sunbeam and can be purchased in the general store that is located in the area.

This is a marble and wrought iron gazebo with a fountain in the center there is the sound of trickling water coming from the fountain as well. Add your own pose balls to make this a lover’s romantic getaway ;)

This house is based on a real design that is popular in the south-eastern United States. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath house with sliding glass doors off the breakfast area. All windows are using a multi controller window tinting system. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and a walk in closet with sliding doors.

This house is perfect for the beach or even the main land if you have a great view and would like to be able to fully enjoy it. It is two stories and has a multi-controller window tinting system. There is a patio for the first floor and a deck for the second. Included in the packing crate is the Terra Teleport system for you to use unless you have your own.

3 Bedroom

This is a 3 story 3 bedroom house with two decks, patio, kitchen, and dining room, It also has a large living room and on the second and third floor there is an area that can be use as library or lounging areas. The master bedroom covers most of the third floor with large tint able glass windows all around and a double sliding glass door to the deck. The bedrooms on the second floor have tint able windows and French styled doors to their shared deck. All exterior doors are owner lockable. The windows through out the house are part of a multi-controller tinting system and have a main controller located in the living room as well as a controller located in each room. The controllers in each room control that room only with the main controller controlling all the windows in the house including the tint of the sliding glass doors. The second and third floors have wood flooring and the main floor has marble. There is wood paneling through out the house with the bedrooms having stucco. There is also a stair way to the second and third floor.

This is a Tuscan Styled Villa. It is a 2 bedroom 2 story villa with a multi-controller window tinting system. There is also a patio and deck so that if you have property with a great view you can enjoy it from them. There is also included a Terra Teleport System that you can set up to be able to move between points with out walking or flying.
